CCM will review any requests for expenses associated with defence of the claims, including medical expenses, engineers, expert witnesses, local adjusters and attorneys fees. We would expect these to be supported with full documentation.

In addition to these reviews, we also manage escrow funds on behalf of underwriters and insureds to ensure that essential payments are made on a timely basis.
