Condon Claims Management (CCM) was incorporated in 1999. We are accredited with Lloyd s of London and the International Underwriting Agency (IUA) in London. This allows CCM to collect claim payments from London insurers directly through the Central Accounting Scheme that was once only available to London brokers.

Presently the UK office handles claims management and administration for large insurance programs from the London and European Markets over a wide portfolio of insurance coverages with both primary and excess policy limits. Our expertise includes primary and excess maritime liabilities, MEL, P&I, CGL, etc emanating from the US Gulf states along with worldwide hull and yacht claims.

We also handle a large portfolio of completed operations / construction defect claims on a nationwide basis in the US.

In addition to its general claims management and TPA role; we also perform pre-risk loss & safety audits; claims audits; and commutation audits for various direct and reinsurance programs on an array of insurable interests.
