After graduating from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1976 with his Bachelor of Arts Degree, Mac began his 30 plus year claims career handling auto liability bodily injury and property damage claims, Louisiana State Workers Compensation claims and U.S.L.& H claims.

While employed by United States P&I Agency, Inc, Mac investigated, negotiated and settled General Maritime and Jones Act claims for both domestic and foreign underwriters.

Since 1989, Mac has been involved in the investigation and handling of General Maritime and Jones Act claims, primarily in the greater Gulf Coast Region on behalf of vessel operators and insurance underwriters both domestic and foreign.

Mac brings to Condon Claims Management’s Mandeville, Louisiana office a wealth of prior claims experience in the investigation, negotiation and settlement of a wide variety of claims.
